Our most popular meal size includes 5 oz of protein, 3 oz carb and 1 serving of vegetables. You can tailor your perfectly portioned meal by selecting protein, carb, and vegetable size based on your taste.
All of our food is made, with the intention of offering much healthier versions of the food we like, no matter schedule or health objectives-- so YOU don't have to think of your week's meals.
All Deliveries Are Sunday between 3-5PM.
All your meals are placed in insulated bags to keep your food cool and fresh throughout transit. As soon as you get your order, refrigerate your meals. Refer to our Frequently Asked Question on how we recommend keeping your meals fresh and delicious.
Not going to be home during shipment? We ask that you please leave a cooler or ice chest with ice bag out for us to position your meals in to keep them fresh. We try to refrain from leaving food out unattended, however if you are not house, our motorists will wait approximately 5 minutes, and then proceed along their route.
When do I need to purchase my meals?
We ask that all orders are put by no behind Friday 11:59 Additional info PM EST for the following week's meal preparation. Any orders gotten after 11:59 PM EST on Friday, will go towards the following week's meal preparation.
Do I require to position an order each week?
If you are not making any changes then the subscription will auto renew each Friday and you do not need to do anything.
When does the menu come out?
The menu options rotate on a weekly basis and is disclosed each Tuesday on our website for the following week. Our menu consists of family dishes, our Fan Favorite timeless meals, and brand-new healthy meal options.
What day are the meals delivered?
The meals are provided each Sunday for the week at our pickup areas. You are available to pickup after 3PM at the location you picked at checkout. House shipment is in between 2-6PM. We ask if you are not going to be house to leave a cooler with ice loads on the deck for shipment of meals.
Do you have a minimum # of meal requirement?
Our minimum meal order is 5 meals for delivery.
Can I freeze my meals?
