ach week, we publish a new meal preparation menu based on individual experience, family recipes, and consumer feedback. We aim to reduce the trouble of choosing meals from an unlimited menu. Rather, we offer you with 5 menu items to pick for the week. Love a particular menu item? Do not fret-- We rotate our menu so you will see the Tuscan Chicken once again.
Our most popular meal size includes 5 oz of protein, 3 oz carbohydrate and 1 serving of veggies. You can customize your perfectly portioned meal by picking protein, carbohydrate, and veggie size based on your liking.
All of our food is made, with the objective of offering much healthier versions of the food we enjoy, no matter schedule or health objectives-- so YOU don't have to think about your week's meals.
All Deliveries Are Sunday between 3-5PM.
All your meals are positioned in insulated bags to keep your food cool and fresh throughout transit. When you receive your order, refrigerate your meals. Refer to our FAQ on how we suggest keeping your meals fresh and tasty.
Not going to be home during delivery? We ask that you please leave a cooler or ice chest with ice loads out for us to place your meals in to keep them fresh. We try to avoid leaving food out unattended, however if you are not home, our motorists will wait up to 5 minutes, and after that continue along their path.
When do I require to buy my meals?
We ask that all orders are positioned by no later on than Friday 11:59 PM EST for the following week's meal preparation. Any orders gotten after 11:59 PM EST on Friday, will go towards the following week's meal prep.

If you are not making any changes then the subscription will car renew each Friday and you do not need to do anything.
When does the menu come out?
The menu alternatives rotate on a weekly basis and is disclosed each Tuesday on our website for the following week. Our menu includes household dishes, our Fan Favorite timeless meals, and new healthy meal options.
What day are the meals provided?
The meals are provided each Sunday for the week at our pickup places. You are readily available to pickup after 3PM at the location you chose at checkout. House shipment is in between 2-6PM. We ask if you are not going to be home to leave a cooler with ice bag on the porch for delivery of meals.
Do you have a minimum # of meal requirement?
Our minimum meal order is 5 meals for shipment.
Can I freeze my meals?
Yes! Our meals are prepared fresh and never frozen however if you are not preparing on consuming instantly within the first 3-4 days they can be put in the freezer. Just thaw out a day prior to consuming in fridge.
Do the meal containers need to be returned?
The containers do not need to be returned back to us. You can keep for your own meals or recycle them.
Do you have Gluten totally free choices for the meals?
At this time we do not use gluten complimentary unique menu however are aiming to add in the future. Stay tuned for a statement.
Do you provide no carbohydrate options?
Yes! Any meal can be gotten used to a no carb alternative for extra vegetables in lieu of carbohydrate for a $1 charge per meal.
Can I get extra protein with my meals?
Yes, you can choose your protein part based on your objectives and appetite. from 4 to 7 ounces of protein.
What if I have allergies to a particular food on the menu?
We provide 5 various meal alternatives weekly so you can either remove that particular meal option in your order or notate in the extra comments area throughout checkout to not include that certain ingredient in your order.
Is there a charge to unsubscribe or cancel my reoccurring membership?
You can cancel at any time from your account page, you MUST cancel by Thursday at 11:59 PM EST to prevent a charge for the week. You can reactivate your subscription at any time at no charge from your Member Login screen.
